CALL FOR PAPER
The International Arab Conference on Information Technology (ACIT'2019) is a forum for scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present their latest research, results, ideas, developments, and applications in all areas of information technology. ACIT'2019 will include presentations to contributed papers and state-of-the-art lectures by invited keynote speakers. Tutorials on current issues and special sessions on new trends related to information technology and software industry could be organized. This conference is considered as the official scientific conference for the Colleges of Computer and Information Society, stemming from the Association of Arab Universities.
LOCATION
ACIT'2019 will be held at Al Ain, which is located approximately 140 kilometers east of the capital Abu Dhabi, and about 130 kilometers south of Dubai. Al-Ain is known as the "Garden City of the Gulf" due to its greenery, particularly with regard to the city's oases, parks, tree-lined avenues and green areas. The topography of Al-Ain is unique and varies as one travel to the east. Jebel Hafeet ("Mount Hafeet"), an outlier of the main Hajar range, is considered one of the monuments of Al-Ain, lying just to the southeast and rising to 1,100–1,300 m in elevation. Sand dunes of varying texture that are tinged red with iron oxide lie to the north and east of Al-Ain.

ACIT2019 still accepts papers from all Information Technology topics; however, this year will focus on the following tracks:

PAPER SUBMISSION
Accepted and registered papers will be submitted to be published and indexed in IEEE Explore (pending approvals). A full paper should be formatted following the IEEE format. To prepare your manuscript you will need to respect the following template Guide line:

Electronic submission of papers as Microsoft's Word document or PDF via ACIT OpenConf. ACIT OpenConf is a conference management system that automates the paper submission and the whole reviewing process. It can be accessed via ACIT web site at www.acit2k.org.

Before final acceptance, all referees' comments must be considered and the paper must be formatted according to IEEE camera-ready instructions that are provided in the conference web site. Accepted papers for authors who complete registration will be published in the conference proceedings under IEEE Explore.
EVALUATION PROCESS
The evaluation of submitted papers is based on the importance and usefulness of the research topic. Technical merits, novelty of the approach, soundness of results, and clarity of presentation are also considered as factors of the evaluation process. Each article will be fully refereed by a minimum of two specialized referees.
