About ACIT'2000

Under the patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah The Second, King of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the 2000 International Arab Conference on Information Technology (ACIT’2000) was held at Zarqa Private University, Jordan. The conference included presentations to 39 contributed papers distributed among 35 universities from 20 different Arab and foreign countries, and three state-of-the-art lectures by distinguished keynote speakers in the area of information technology.
A panel session about the new challenge of information technology was organized during the evening of the first day of the conference at International Jerusalem Hotel, Amman. ACIT is a new refereed conference that act as an international forum for scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present their latest research, results, ideas, developments, and applications in all areas of information technology.
