During ACIT 2018, an agreement with a hotel in Beirut for participants in the conference. Transportation from this hotel to the conference will be provided every day (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday).

Rates and Occupancy per Guestroom:

· Single ( 1person) = 85 $ excluded VAT 11%

· Double (2 persons) = 95 $ Excluded VAT 11%

· Above rates are quoted in US $

· The above rate is based on the currency exchange rate applicable in the hotel at the time of check in.

· Above rates are quoted per room night

· Above rates are subject to 11% Government tax

· Above rates are based on bed and breakfast

· Wifi in the room will be provided

Transfer from the airport to the hotel:

Based on your flight details, ACIT Organizing Committee will arrange for transportation from airport to the hotel. For that, please send us your flight date and time according to the attached Excel sheet.
